Therapeutic Support School Stage
This program is aimed at boys, girls and young people in school (5 to 16 years average). It seeks that, in parallel with the supports offered by the Corporation, they are studying in kindergarten or in a formal school, either in primary or secondary school.
Its objective is to develop motor, cognitive, communication, emotional and social skills that allow the person with Down Syndrome to participate in the school and family context.
It stimulates the different areas of development and includes speech therapy, occupational therapy and psychology sessions according to the semester planning agreed with the family and accounts for the specific needs of each one.
